Warranty Policy

If you experience a manufacturer’s defect with your frame, or an issue arising from an intrinsic flaw in the product, PALA provides a one year warranty from the time of purchase. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please email hello@palaeyewear.com explaining the nature of your claim and details of your purchase.

Physical damage to the frames and/or scratched lenses are not covered by warranty. Pala do not manufacture or sell replacement lenses, however for most of our frames you can have replacement lenses fitted at your local optician.
